HIGH SHEAR MIXER

Jongia's fast running high shear mixers are especially suitable for the production of dispersions of hard to dissolve powders and solids, as well as for making emulsions. The special rotor-stator type mixing head generates high shear forces in the mixing zone and effective top-over-bottom mixing. A slitted or perforated stationary collar can be fitted to prevent excessive air inclusion. The compact design allows insertion through a relatively small vessel nozzle, manhole or handhole.
