RENTAL EQUIPMENT

Jongia's rental programme gives process engineers the tools to optimise a process before committing to a large capital purchase. In case mixing capacity is required for the development of a new process or when a new production technique needs to be verified for a certain period of time, Jongia has various test units for rent. The test results will be used to scale up to production size equipment.

R&D - LAB FACILTIES

The Jongia Test and Development center is available for mixer trials and production verification.

Jongia's R&D team is specialized in scaling up from lab-scale to the actual commercial process. Presently more tests than ever before are being conducted in our well equipped laboratory.

The process-line simulations enable our customers to select the best possible equipment before making a purchase. It also allows us to finetune our customer's mixing techniques to guarantee the best possible results. Our R&D team has the finest resources to keep the development program in high gear.

Amongst many other activities we develop prototypes for testing new mixers and blenders and for improving Jongia's current line of equipment.
